부산국제음식박람회는 문화와 관광이 결합되 축제형 박람회로 국내외 프리미엄 식품부터, 부산을 대표하는 식품, 쿠킹 클래스와 공연, 특별전시까지 모든 세대가 즐길 수 있는 부산대표 글로벌 푸드 페스티벌입니다. 부산의 도시브랜드 경쟁력을 강화하고 ‘미식도시부산’을 알리는데 기여하기 위하여 부산광역시와 한국외식업중앙회 부산지부가 협력체제를 구축하여 운영하고 있습니다.
